Inspekto GmbH – successfully arrived in Heilbronn and the German industry
Due to the continued success and marketing of the innovative S70 Autonomous Machine Vision System in Europe, our German-Israeli portfolio company Inspekto GmbH moved into its new headquarters for Germany at Zukunftspark Heilbronn in November 2020. All customer relations, as well as sales and service for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, are now managed from the state-of-the-art rooms in the WTZ conference center.
Due to the ongoing travel and visit restrictions in the business world, Inspekto has also developed its own Virtual Online Product Demonstration concept, which allows online demonstrations of the S70 system using the latest presentation technology and simulates automated production conditions.
Inspekto also offers a solution to alleviate the shortage of skilled workers in the quality assurance sector. Thousands of companies have difficulties in finding trained personnel for their demanding QA processes; there are currently more than 4,500 vacancies for QA specialists advertised throughout Germany. The visual QA control by the Inspekto S70 system makes it possible to relieve employees in the simplest way and to optimise or automate processes around incoming and outgoing goods inspection, small-batch monitoring, and automatic defect detection.
Zukunftsfonds Heilbronn has been a shareholder in Inspekto since 2017.
Inspekto is a German company with Israeli DNA. The start-up is supported by leading industrial companies from the DACH region and is revolutionising the machine vision sector with its innovative autonomous products. Inspekto’s autonomous machine vision systems are designed to set the machine vision market on a new course, replacing existing solutions that depend on system integrators with ready-to-use QA systems that the QA manager of the industrial plant has control over. At the heart of the systems is Plug & Inspect™, the first integrator-free technology for visual QA, phase inspection, and sorting that eliminates the costly integrations and custom development that have characterised traditional machine vision technology.
